I am very happy with my purchase as it is very robust, comfortable and has all the requirements.U am particularly pleased with the Customer support.The lady I spoke to ( m/s Rachna) was very polite and helpful.She immediately arranged for a technician to come and assemble the bike on the same day of the delivery, so that the bike got assembled on the same day.The technician was also very good. Rachna continued to keep track and rang me twice if everything was okay.
